The insurance company and Service Master responded quickly to our our request to help us with our house damage. We were immediately put at ease that our concerns would be rectified. Service Master explained what the process would entail and that our home would be as it was before. The remediation team came in right away to clean up mother natures mess. They worked in the cold attic and garage in late December and never complained about the cold / freezing conditions. We provided them with hot coffee and invited them to have their meals inside. I felt we made friends ... they were so very nice. The work they performed was great. Thank you!!. Then later came the Service Master team to start the repairs, led by Jay. - project manager .Mike performed most of the work and was truly an artist. Mike did such good work and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Mike finished the work quickly, it's as if he were 3 people....just wow!! In closing we are so very happy with Service masters work. Jay came by to make sure we were satisfied and said to please let him know if there were future concerns regarding their work. We had a massive restoration done to our home after snow damage. It was a large scale project to make the repairs our house needed to be our home again. Together with our insurance company the Service Master Restore team worked hard to help us restore our home. The team was wonderful and kept us in the loop with many updates, and assurances. I just want to give a thank you to Raymond and his wonderful team for all of their hard work and dedication to helping our family be able to come home.
